Of the numerous commercial .308 Winchester loads, few, if any, are made for barrels shorter than 16". The one which follows assists deal with this hole while remaining basic to suppress and light-weight about the wrists. The barrel is supported by a dual recoil-spring assembly reminiscent of the Gen4 version but about 1 / 4 of an inch more time.
